Our Installers are responsible for ensuring first-class service throughout the entire installation process. First-class service includes punctuality, effective communication, confidence in product knowledge and expertise in window covering installation

  • Provide exemplary customer service to Blind Supply customers

  • Begin every Blind Supply project with your custom window treatment/trade install knowledge and professionalism

  • Be knowledgeable on the product lines we manufacture to ensure a coherent, consistent installation

  • End every project by leaving the customer happy and confident in their purchase decision

  • Communicate with customer service team as needed and as advised

  • Be the communication channel between the consumer, dealer and customer service about the status of the installations or any issues which may occur during installation of product

  • Continuously improve using experience to develop new best practices

  • Use common sense professional judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the installation of shutters blinds shades

  • Display professionalism by dressing in a Blind Supply provided uniform and acting in a professional manner at all time


  • Solid understanding of employment basics: Punctuality, focus, dedication, etc.

  • Solid understanding of construction/installation basics: use of tape measure, drill, ladders, etc.

  • Minimum of 3 years previous shutters, blinds, and shades installation experience or demonstrable focus, dedication, installation capabilities and willingness to learn

  • No criminal history & clean driving record

  • Must have the ability to take direction and work well with others

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for Saturdays, and possible travel, starting every day at the manufacturing facility in Cedar Creek, TX

  • Physical Abilities: Lift 50 pounds, comfortable on high ladders

  • “Austin Professional” in appearance – i.e. Tattoos on the body are okay but tattoos on the face are not

  • Understanding of building/home automation systems (Lutron, Crestron, Control4, etc.) is a plus

  • Blind Supply has a strict drug testing and zero tolerance drug policy
